NO PEAS! Shrimp and sausage fried rice

Just a couple of shots of some fried rice I whipped up yesterday.

Day old rice
Shrimp
Egg
Chappell hill  brand sausage
Green onion
White onion
Fresh garlic
Water chestnuts
Sesame oil
Soy sauce

No measurements. I just eyeball it all and taste as I go. ;)

Looks really good.

As long as they're fresh or frozen peas, I'm fine with them in stir fry.      Canned peas... Blech!  :P
