SRG Rib Hooks
« Reply #-1 on: March 23, 2014, 10:37:32 PM »
Since the wife got me the rib hooks and leg racks I've been thinking about the best way to use the rib hooks. The picture on the package looks like you hang them around the basket with the rib meat facing out, but I'm wondering if anyone had tried to hang the hooks and ribs from the leg racks so they would be more centered and both sides of the ribs would get equal heat. Could this be a good idea or do they cook so good hanging around the basket that it wouldn't be worth it to try?
