Smoked Gouda and Cheddar Burgers
« Reply #-1 on: May 15, 2014, 12:05:47 AM »
I hope I am not posting too much - but I have a lot of "first cooks" in store with the new grill.  Tonight I thought I would try my hand at chunky cheese burgers.  A little smoked gouda and some shredded cheddar - pretty tasty and I continue to be amazed how evenly everything cooks on the pellet grill and everything is always done at the same time regardless of where on the grill it is placed.  Thanks for humoring me everyone - I feel like a kid at Christmas every time I throw on something new.

dude, you just got a new pellet grill.  you better be post partner.  ribs, butts, tri's, yardbirds, veges (put in baggie w/ a little oil.  put on your pellet grill w/ you favorite rub on them) are all great on a pellet grill.  have fun and let us enjoy the ride.  i would get some elastic (in the waist) pants.

oh one more thing.  i am going to need a slice of onion on my burger.  milk on the side.   ty.  8)
