Monday I cooked ribs for friends just for fun. They have a 6 year old and twin 4 year olds. They can clean some ribs up. I took 6 racks of st Louis ribs and cut them in half, and hooked them back to back. I wasn't sure how they would cook this way but there was no problems. They were on for 4 hours. You can get a lot of food in that little guy. They were coated with a local butchers' sauce. Once again I can't say enough about how good the food is coming out of the bpc! Those are some fantastic looking ribs Sandman!
-
I've always limited my rib cooks in my PBC to four racks because I cut them in half so as not to get the bottom ones singed. I never thought of your "split rack on each hook" method but it sure seems to work :o
