First shot at Savannah Stoker Program Cook Mode in my Blaz'n Iron Works Grid Iron Sunday.
Set the controller to smoke the chicken for 1 hour, up the pit temperature to 325 until food probe was 155 degrees and reduce the pit temperature to hold temperature of 160 degrees.
We went to church and when we arrived home the chicken was holding fine and the temps were breast 168 and thigh at 174.
Went off excellent and it was dinner time.
