More Cold Smoked Cheese

Got another round of cheese going. This is going north with my daughter in a couple weeks as a surprise to my neighbor.




Using my AMZNPS with Apple pellets again.





Bout 2.5 hours later i have the cheese cooling to room temp.



Patted any surface moisture and oils off and vac sealed.
