Yum!  How long did you have your wings on the pbc?  I love wings on there, and generally have them on for 15-20 min each side.

Oh boy!  Sorry had them on till they were done, didn't time it other than about a beer per side  :)

Looks good, been trying to cook beef ribs just have not found any here that are whole all i find is pre-cut   :( :(
