Title: My first cook!!

Well I think the first cook went great!! Did one of the chicken wang recipes posted by kone earlier. They were awesome. Then threw on some giant hot dogs with for the kids to fiinish off the cook.

I love that recipe, it looks like they came out great! For that recipe I love to pull them near the end, give them a bath in the butter sauce and put them back on for a few more minutes and let the flames give it a little char
