Just curious as to what you've found to be your favorite thing to cook on the PBC? I'm looking to try plenty of different meats and experimenting.
-
CHICKEN! While the PBC can cook up a variety of foods, it is chicken that this cooker cooks to perfection like none other!

I've done the split chicken and it was outstanding, I'm also in love with wings on the PBC. I've tried wings both ways, with just charcoal and also adding some wood chips. I actually preferred just the charcoal (Stubbs).

I don't have a PBC but I can say that this

some fine chicken cooked by Tim and Mike at Jacks last year.

Hands down chicken.......tri tip is a close second...............

Hate to sound like a broken record, but CHICKEN is the real deal in a PBC. Just follow Noah's video about splitting them and hang 'em in there. If you use a rub with much sugar they'll turn dark but it isn't char, just the sugar darkening in the heat. They'll come out juicy and charcoal-smoky and absolutely delicious! The PBC is a versatile quick smoker and does several things quite well but it is perfect for chicken.

Whole fish!
No actually chicken is my choice too :P
Best chicken cooker I own!
-
Chicken, ribs, tri tip, prime rib roast.
-
Chicken with turkey a close second for me.
-
Up until yesterday I would have said tri tip followed closely by chicken. But now I have to say beef short ribs. But I have never had a bad cook with the PBC.
-
Duck for me. Will never do it any other way than on the PBC!!!!!

Hello,
I like Chicken, ribs, Pork Butt (pulled pork) and Brisket.
Although I did a Pepper Stout Beef today and that came out pretty well too.
-
Same as everyone else, chicken, ribs, pork shoulder...but the food that made the wife finally forgive me for buying it without permission is hot wings. She loves them so much more now that they've got that hint of smoke in them. And the PBC holds the perfect amount for a family of 4.

Chicken and Ribs, love hanging seasoned whole potatoes on PBC also.
-
Do ya'all consider the PBC the best chicken cooker?
Just curious and I am always looking for new better cookers.

I see quite a few that say it is. I know I made outstanding chicken on it. I love it for wings as well.

Thanks for the input. I am always looking for the best Turkey / Chicken cooker.
One minor problem is I nor Sweetie likes charcoal taste but for the price I could give one a try.

Ok if you don't like the flavor that charcoal gives to food then it might not be for you Art. It does give chicken a charcoal flavor.
