Title: Ribs!

Made 2 racks today. Used blacks BBQ seasoning on one and salt/pepper with rib tickler on the other one. Rib tickler is supposedly what johhny trigg uses. I have to say the rib tickler was off the hook. I also used a blend of cherry and hickory chips

"Off the hook" could be a bad thing using the PBC ;D
