Wow, these wings look some good eats. Give us some more info on how you cooked them, sauce, temps, time, etc.

I basically light the PBC and let the coals get pretty hot, put the wings on as well as the lid. At the 15 min mark I flip them over for another 10. I'll then sauce them and place them back on, usually with the lid off till I get the slight char I like on my wings. For the sauce I used this recipe I found on food network but I just cut it way down as this is a large quantity...
8 cups red hot sauce, such as Frank's
2 cups melted butter
1/2 cup mango habanero sauce
8 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons chili powder
4 teaspoons garlic powder
4 teaspoons onion powder
4 teaspoons black pepper
4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
4 teaspoons seasoning salt

They definitely have a kick. You could probably eliminate the Cayenne from the recipe and be ok if Franks sauce is hot enough for you.
