Wow, these wings look some good eats.  Give us some more info on how you cooked them, sauce, temps, time, etc.

Wow, these wings look some good eats.  Give us some more info on how you cooked them, sauce, temps, time, etc.

I basically light the PBC and let the coals get pretty hot, put the wings on as well as the lid. At the 15 min mark I flip them over for another 10. I'll then sauce them and place them back on, usually with the lid off till I get the slight char I like on my wings. For the sauce I used this recipe I found on food network but I just cut it way down as this is a large quantity...

8 cups red hot sauce, such as Frank's
2 cups melted butter
1/2 cup mango habanero sauce
8 tablespoons brown sugar
4 teaspoons chili powder
4 teaspoons garlic powder
4 teaspoons onion powder
4 teaspoons black pepper
4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
4 teaspoons seasoning salt

They definitely have a kick. You could probably eliminate the Cayenne from the recipe and be ok if Franks sauce is hot enough for you.
