I'm beyond excited. Finally got a Weber Kettle! It's the 26"!

Pretty stoked about that too... I'm ready to give sausage a try! Gonna turn some country style pork ribs from the freezer into chorizo as my attempt. Plus, I've heard that once you start grinding your own burgers, you never go back...

I've also got a Cajun Bandit rotisserie on order, and thinking about a slow n sear 2.0. They stopped making the SNS XL version that fit the 26, but I think the original size will work out just fine!

You will simply LOVE this cooker. I've got the original SnS and it works fine in the 26er. With vortex, you can cook a whole family pack of wings from Sam's. An advantage to the roti is the extra height, so you can add second level:
