Short Ribs and Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops
« Reply #-1 on: November 09, 2015, 08:33:22 PM »
I started with these...

And a treatment of this...

Onto the little Weber loaded with Stubbs...

Looking good...

Here come the sea scallops...

Coated with super pig...

On they go...

Over the coals getting some color...

All done...

Plated with salad and fruit...

Another great rub! Loving the BD line of rubs!

Let's call that a "Super Surf 'n Turf" ! ! ! !

I've done bacon on scallops, but never all around - what a great idea!

They took 3 1/2 hours. The scallops took 30 minutes.
