Looks great! And I love the plate. I have been looking for the perfect steak plate and I think I found it at The Oyster Bed. What [b]brand is this, and does it hold the heat?[/b]

I bought these sizzle plates with the wood plate holders over 20 yrs ago @ Star Restaurant Supply in Van Nuys, Ca.



They have served me and my Family well.
Do you heat the plates before serving?
Love to cook and eat
