Was making a brisket yesterday so I decided to throw on a couple beef ribs too. Delicious.

This was probably the best smoke ring I've ever had. Both were seasoned with blacks BBQ seasoning. I also finally bought an electric knife. So much easier.
2 whole chickens go on later for dinner
