Title: Carne Asada Skirt Steak and Sausage

made some skirt steak marinaded in Dale's and rubbed with Weber Carne Asada. Sausage is just hot italian sausage.

Looks great.  Was the sausage on the grate, or did you hang it?

And what about the timing of the two meat types?

it was all on the grate. I can't remember how long the sausage was on for but the skirt steak was 3 minutes per side. I did have the coals screaming hot with 4 chunks of hickory on top which was flaring up pretty good to give a nice char on the meat
