Had leftover yardbird so I thought I’ll make chicken nuggets
Cut the breast into small bite size hunks then dipped in egg wash then into almond/Parmesan mixture coat well then toss into the freezer for a few mins the set the coating

From the looks of them I'd say they were definitely worth doing yourself, like we talked about, rather than buying the pre-made ones! :thumbup:
Now how about making me a batch without the Parmesan, please! :P

Cliff..have you tried nutritional yeast..tastes like cheese..can you have that? .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

No, unfortunately it's full of free-form Glutamic Acid, so I would react to it. :(

Tommy, looks great! Is that all you did was dip, bread it, freeze it and fry it? What temp did you have air fryer set and how long?

All I did was dipped in egg, then into the 50/50 mix then dipped again in egg then back into the Almond/mix
Cook 350 for 15 mins the on 400 for 3 mins to finish. I also used a wire grate under the chicken so I wouldn't have to turn them
50/50 Mix is..... 1 cup Almond flour, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp garlick powder, 1 1/2 Tbs Parsely and 1 tsp salt mix till blended

Your welcome Mike I hope ypu try it. I'm also working on a different mix with a better texture (well different anyway) :D :D :D Trying to get the texture more like a fried coating than a breaded dryer coating
