Did some chicken up for supper tonight. Had the Air Fryer set @ 380F and for 22 minutes as per the instructions. After 22 minutes checked with my trusty thermaPen and found the temp in the thicker parts to be 155-158 so another 5 minutes brought it up to 165-170F.
Skin was just perfect. Nice and crispy and the chicken was very moist. Had a simple seasoning of Lawry's seasoned salt and some mesquite powder I seem to have lots of so why not. LOL
Did up some rice with fresh mushrooms and veggies.
Really liking how fast this thing cooks and how well everything turns out.
Sorry but I have to say the chicken is a runner up in this air fryer to my PBC, only thing missing is the taste of charcoal but I did not have to go outside and freeze my butt off using it
