There's a fine line between them coming out good and being too strong. I know a guy that used to work for CFA and I believe he told me they only brine for an hour but keep in mind that it's boneless chicken breasts so it doesn't take long.

Some experimenting may indeed be in order!

You can buy the pickle juice by itself. It has become a popular electrolyte for anyone that cramps up during a workout....

I've been drinking it for years when I get cramps in my legs. Didn't know you could by it on it's own.

OK guys here are the pictures....   I'm telling ya, if you like Chuck-Fil-A your gonna want to try pickle brine!

I brind these chicken parts for 24 hrs in pickle juice (sorry Tee I wrote 14 to you) Fat fingers and I-phones don't work well ;)

Recipe for breading,  1 cup Almond flour, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 tps salt, 2 Tbs parsley and 2 tsp of garlic powder

I then dipped the chicken in flour then in the egg wash then into the almond/cheese mix then I placed in freezer for a few to set the breading before cooking in air fryer

Took about 10 mins on 350 setting in the XL fryer

Perfect to me as far as Chick=Fil-A taste.    I can't believe I have not tried this in the past.   If I had a pickle and a bun I would tell the difference in my cook and theirs
