Title: Sunday Ribs

About to throw on some spare ribs. Doing a Kansas City style, found a rub and sauce recipe online. Cooking over Stubbs charcoal. Salted the ribs alone for a couple hours and put in the fridge, then rubbed for a couple more hours.
