Title: A relative to the PBC?
Post by: Smokin Papa Steve on April 18, 2016, 10:01:12 AM
Last week I was in Cuenca, Ecuador at a night market and found this PBC facsimile staring right at me.  At 8400 feet elevation, they have some serious damper issues, as you can see.  I took a peek inside to see what was cooking but could not tell.  It did have a funky smell so I would have passed if offered a taste.

We just had Turtle eat a Angriest Whopper and Don have a couple grilled dogs from Burger King so a little Ecuadorian Delight should not be a problem for you :D

I don't know about that.  The specialty meat in Ecuador is Cuy (Guinea Pig).  I had the opportunity to try this but not to my liking.
