Great cook and a great test. I have to say I bet I would like all three  8)

I definitely loved them all and thought I wouldn't find one I liked better than the one I've used for so long but I really enjoyed that amazingribs recipe

I will have to try the AR recipe. I've seen it for years but never gave it a whirl. My wife likes sauceless ribs so it may be more to her liking. Thanks for doing the test Kona, taking one for the team :) I know it was tough eating all of that great food, glad you suffered through it ;) :P

Great job. They look outstanding!
I love the side-by-side testing and pics.

I'm going to have to give the AR recipe a shot, since you like it the most.
Also, I may try Stubbs in my PBC. I haven't tried anything but Kingsford (blue, hickory, mequite)

Nice test and I would take any of those racks that you feel the need to let go of...

The only think I'd like to do different is using a chunk of hickory instead of apple, I wanted more of a smoked flavor

Man those ribs look great!  You mentioned pulling them at 2 hours, is that because the PBC was running really hot?

I personally think you can get a better taste for the flavor eating the leftover cold ribs. I've been eating them for the last couple days (I love cold ribs) and I love more and more the AmazingRibs recipe the more I eat em. Famous Dave's, definitely too salty for me.
