Title: Steak and green mators
Post by: Keymaster on September 11, 2014, 10:30:04 PM
So I tried the fermented green tomatoes tonight. Great flavor but I think they need another five day of fermentation. Those flat iron steaks are awesome.

I should have thought to puncture them mators but who punctures pickles :) I think they will work. I should have heeded your warning on the Jalapenos as my lips are still burning kind of sort of. I think I got one that was next to the Jap, hopefully ;)
