I have been making my PR’s using Ka Honu suggesting using the following method.
Perfect_Prime_Rib (http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/2009/12/perfect-prime-rib-beef-recipe.html)
They turn out great every time.
Not a lot of pics this year but some of the best prime rib. I pulled it at around 130 and did the other sides.

RAD, that looks delicious. Turtle's method makes the best prime rib. I do it this way every time and it always comes out perfectly cooked and very tasty.
