I saw this on Reddit too, but missed the update. Thanks for posting. I had to fight my city over my flag pole. Had to show the city council how stupid the ordinance was. My wife led the charge as I'm more the "I'll take a flame thrower to this place" when it comes to stupid government. We won! And I proudly look at my beautiful flag everyday

The joys of renting! ???
Now the complex has people bringing their not-yet extinguished grills inside. Sounds like a lawyers dream come true!

Been there done that, glad I no longer rent and have no plans to ever do so again. But then again I live in an HOA, almost as bad. ::)

Makes a lot of sense --They tell the residents to hide the grills from the insurance man so they don't have to pay extra premiums. Since they told the residents they could keep them as long as they store them inside, I wonder what the insurance adjustor is going to say when one of the grills that are not covered under the policy causes a fire?
Another great Management decision.

Pappy if it was me they would have never got the first grill. But of course I would be writing this post from my local correctional facility instead 8)

I have no HOA, only family as neighbors ??? and lots of room for me to pick off anyone trying to take a grill from me.
Tee has been to the Bomma-Rosa and knows there are no rules, anything goes as far as cooking and parties!
