Now that Rick is within spitting range of me, I went to see him yesterday. He showed me around the RV park and also got to see Crystal running herd over the park. I had a wonderful time and Rick treated me to a Brisket lunch. Yep I got to eat a Brisket that he did in the MES. It was a thing of beauty and was so moist and tender. He asked if I need any BBQ sauce for it and I declined cause any sauce on that masterpiece would have done it damage. He made some smashed tators that were out of this world. He told me his secret but he did not make me swear not to tell. He had smoked some butter and blended the smoked butter in the tators. I got to tell you, I will be trying this. Every time I see Rick I always come home with more than I bring. Rick is such a generous person and such a pleasure to be around. I don't care if he has a bad reputation ;D

Got a pack of the Georgia Fireball he made, smoked swiss, smoked cheddar and smoked cooper, pack of snack sticks, pack of dry cured pepperoni and some casings.
Thank you my friend for the great time. You and Crystal need to drive down and let me return the favors. Got to give me some time to fill my freezer up with goodies first ;D

Jim brought me a pack of sticks. Really good. Hope i have 1 or 2 left when i get back tomorrow.
