I just visited the McIlhenny (Tabasco) plant at Avery Island the other day. They have added a Sriracha sauce to their growing list of sauces.

Found this one at Sam's. Pretty good flavor.  (http://i1178.photobucket.com/albums/x372/Bradsanders99/Mobile%20Uploads/20150518_094624_zpsso4htamb.jpg) (http://s1178.photobucket.com/user/Bradsanders99/media/Mobile%20Uploads/20150518_094624_zpsso4htamb.jpg.html)

Found a bottle of the seasoning at Market Street today.  A little price at $6.00, but very strong so only a little is needed.  If it had not been labeled, I'm not sure that sriracha would have been my first guess.  The citrus was very present.  I would have just called it a lime and chili seasoning.  Don't get me wrong, it was very good.  I anticipate this becoming a part of my pork rub immediately.  I am going to try it with some shrimp on the Blackstone tomorrow I think.
