Kimmie likes the rub I use on ribs but would like something a little more tasty.
I use Bad Byron's and she likes it but would like to try a sweeter rub, so tell me what y'all use so I can try something different for her.
OH, she does not care for sauce as much as I do so I always try to do dry rub ribs for her

I'll jump in with a simple (very tasty) solution.
Compared to the rest of you, I don't do a lot of ribs (my wife doesn't care for them, or BBQ in general, and my oldest daughter works at Famous Dave's and doesn't want to see ribs when she gets home... :'()
So, I don't spend a lot of time trying to concoct exotic rubs. I really like Super Pig cut with about 1/4 Fine Swine and Bovine. Even my wife will say those aren't bad... ::) ::) ::) There is some nice sweet and heat from the Super Pig, and a bit of backbone from the FS&B.

Tommy, Bone Suckin' Sauce Seasoning and Rub is quite sweet with a lot of flavor.
-
John Henry's Pecan rub. All I use on ribs.

My favorite has always been Penzey's Galena Street rub, love that stuff. I recently bought some Blues Hog Rub, Old Dave uses it and will be doing some cooks with it. Don

These are both great rubs, we also like to use Bolner's Fiesta Brand Texas Style Steak seasoning, it doesn't have sugar and works great on the SRG as well as having a good flavor.

That's the best mix out there for tweaking. Add Brown Sugar for more of a sweet taste. Kick up the garlic and heat as needed.

Try Cimarron Doc's.
