Has anyone been watching this show? I have been recording it and just watched two episodes, one in Omaha and the other in Dallas/Ft. Worth. There are some great ideas for apps. The one place took shrimp and placed a slice of jalapeƱo in it and wrapped in bacon. You know it had to be good. They amped it up with a special BBQ sauce. I would have eaten them without the sauce.
They also showed a restaurant using SV to prep their steaks prior to gibing them a good sear.
I'm going to like this show.

I haven't seen it since the first pilot episode awhile back. Where did he go in the Dallas/Ft Worth area?
