Title: Summer Grill

Cooked a lot of fresh veggies, grilled some catfish with a citrus avocado aioli over charcoal.
Smoked some shrimp as an appetizer.
Grilled fresh eggplant, zucchini, yellow bell pepper , squash, & purple onion.
Fresh corn steamed.
The cook for 8 was chaotic because it intermittent rained ???
A friend brought a new gin he made me try & another brought a new bourbon (120 proof) I had to try.
Well in the words of Sadie Smith " A good time was had by all"
