Best Country Style Ribs Ever! Wrapped in bacon cooked on the Rec Tec Mini 250 to start bumped to 300 and then 350. Sauced with Sweet Baby Rays :)

Tom I get the opening picture but not the video.....It must be me as some of the videos are not playing well tonight......but by the picture it looks great...love that sauce too

Thanks, have struggled with these in the past, it must've been the bacon cause they were tender and delicious and your right should've made more! :)

Have been trying for a while to get this right on the grill, finally success! Have always done low and slow this time with the bacon I started 250 for 30 minutes and then 300 for 30 and then 350 to crisp things up. Best ever! :)

I'm with you, sir...going to the Weber with this one. Mainly because I don't have a pelletizer. ;)

Oh, Tom...what was the final IT when you pulled those ribs?
BBQ pit Boyz do a recipe for CS ribs where they pull 'em at 135*. You go longer, don't you?

Never measured the internal at those temps I knew they were done went mainly for the bacon to be brown and then a little longer to get the BBQ sauce to caramalize a little.
