That's because even in it's excess - it is a fine;y structured, well thought out and coordinated assemblage of ingredients. And a MAN'S BURGER....only women and children would want ketchup and mayo on a MANLY hamburger... :D :D ;) ( ducking for cover now)

That's because even in it's excess - it is a fine;y structured, well thought out and coordinated assemblage of ingredients. And a MAN'S BURGER....only women and children would want ketchup and mayo on a MANLY hamburger... :D :D ;) ( ducking for cover now)

Me too...just not only hamburger. Condiments are a sort of a regional thing. Heck - here in the S.E. it is common to get a hamburger with coleslaw piled on it. I can't do it. It is sacrilege to me. Kinda like smashing the baked potato down onto your steak...Just fundamentally lack of respect for the food... ;) :D
But, really what ever you like - you like. No rules. Just enjoy it and have fun!
