I never go by wind chill so what, brave outdoor cook, was the temperature?

Ok it was 9 degrees, wind out of the NW 15 to 25 mph made it difficult to keep the SRG going as long as it was on high it stayed lit.  :) It felt mighty cold to me, maybe I'm just getting old, going to Florida to meet up with the wife next week, looking forward to the December warmth of Florida  :D

Well I'm still impressed.

I will cook outdoors when it gets below freezing, but at 9 F it is time for me to put the grill away & pull out the crock pot or the Power pressure cooker. :)

Tried to do a burger on my SRG the other night in about the same conditions. Started up fine but when i checked a few minutes later it had blown out. Fired up the Weber gasser and let it heat up, opened the lid placed the patty and a big gust blew out all 3 burners on high. Got her relit and had a nice cheeseburger.

Thanks no pics tonight about same as last night PaPa Murphy's on the Blackstone Pizza Grill! I swear I could do that every night they are that good on the Blackstone!  :)

no baked on the SRG. Sitting with family but I'll post it for you when I get to a computer to hard to do it with a phone

Not to go back to work would be nice....but 5-7 years should go pretty quick

Man you guys are tough.  It's gets in the 30's here and I complain.  30's is damn cold here.  I give y'all a lot of credit.

If I was bbqing in that weather I would be drinking my cognac.  Every time I would have to go outside I would be getting a little drink off courage.  You north ppl are tough.  You have my respect.   :thumbup:
