Got a deer back strap and Italian sausage on the gold 22 incher for the first time cooking. The farmer that lets me hunt is in the field working it up now gonna take him some. Put farm dust on the back strap.

That looks outstanding. Did you pull at 115 and sear or did you stay on the low side the whole cook?

I went to 125 on slow side then did quick sear at the end.
