Title: Portobello Poblano Tacos with Mango Mayocoba Bean Salad....

...and fresh homegrown pico de gallo. The shrooms and peppers were charred on the GMG pellet grill, the Serrano pico de gallo ingredients came from the garden and mixed up a nice mango salad to take the heat away! An immensely flavored meal well worth repeating!
