Nice video Tom

Throw a couple of over easy eggs on those hashbrowns & you got a killer breakfast. :) :)

WOW - those taters looked perfect- a little crunchy (agree an over easy egg would be eggselent).  Great idea on the ham steak.  I have never thought about doing a ham steak on the grill or the smoker - will have to give it a try.  Nice video Tom.
