What is the difference between a Beef Chuck Roast Cross Rib and Beef Chuck Roast Boneless? when I saw them at the grocery store the Cross Rib appeared to be a leaner cut of meat.

What I have been able to find online says the the cross ribs is more tender, meaty and lean compared to the chuck boneless which the meat tends to be a little stringy.
