Just joined; looking for recipes and cook times etc for the Big Easy SRG. I am new owner of the SRG and smoked a couple racks of ribs and roasted a couple of whole chicken, also grilled steaks and hotdogs and burgers. I am very happy w/SRG and want to get to know what it's capable of.
