Title: Sunday Night Calzones
Post by: Cajunate on September 27, 2020, 08:41:02 PM

Homemade calzones here tonight. Made four, two meatball and two pepperoni. The biggest difference in them was two were plain pizza crust, one was basil and garlic and one made with fresh minced jalapeno pepper in the doughs.

First two going into the oven. One of the plain dough with meatball and ricotta, mozzarella, provolone and shredded Parmesan cheeses. The other a basil and garlic crust with pepperoni, mozzarella, ricotta, provolone and Parmesan cheeses.

Right out of the oven.

Lol...... Thanks you for the compliment but I ain't no chef.  I did consider years ago opening a sandwich/lunch spot but that is a serious job.
