Title: 10 pound Beef Round Tip: How would you cook it?
Post by: Pappymn on February 23, 2013, 04:33:33 PM
I have done a few of these in the oven. Basically treat like a roast beef....nothing complicated or interesting

If you had a weber and a Mak, what would you do with it?

You could roast it till 135-140 internal or you could slice it into breakfast steaks..........or you could cut off about 4 slices for steaks tonight and then roast the remainder tomorrow for supper.............

Black Forest is one brand I see in the market at the deli counter.  It is cooked with different spices that I haven't figured out .....yet, a little smoke flavor and is great on sammies.  Maby someone else is familliar with the spices and will share the info.
