Title: Thank You Char-Broil!

I've posted about several problems with my BEESR.  Just not working properly.  Barry jumped in and helped.  Mylinda called me today and they are taking the BEESR back to investigate at their expense.  I asked them if I could upgrade to a SRG and the answer was yes.  I paid the difference and one will be on the way to me.  Thank you Barry and Char-Broil for handling this properly as always. I am very pleased.  Phil

Phil..your gonna love your SRG..it does more than TBE which is the same as the BEESR, but it's electric. The grill on the SRG is great but not real big. Should be fine for you and your bride and a couple friends. Let us know how it works for you. I have done a 23 lb turkey in it too.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Great folks at Char -Broil! And great choice on your part Phil. As Pam pointed out, the SRG will do more for you than the other choices!

While some of Char-Broils products disappoint from time to time their Customer Service is top notch!!!

I'm glad they worked it out for you.      Mylinda is a sweetheart for doing that and she really wants to help folks out.

Tommy, your right. Mylinda is a sweetheart and is as nice, pretty, and sweet as a person can be. If she can't "git 'er done", it can't be gotten.
