Title: Smoking wings

Think I would like to smoke some wings on my WSM, anyone ever done it? Really wondering about the timing, to small to probe.

Will take about 40- 45 minutes at a temp of 250 degrees measured at the cooking surface. You can probe them with a Thermapen.

I ramp up my cookers closer to 275-300 for wings and chicken to help crisp up the skin.

me 2 and then i toss it in to a hot sauces.

I do mine mostly indirectly unless I am making them for 100 people. I did the ones in the video on a Char-Broil gas grill and it worked perfect.

Great video.  I'm with T on this one.  It is a must try.
