Title: Bacon Popcorn -- Close, but no cigar!

Chef Fabio screws up a perfectly decent concept here with the pancetta (not real bacon in my opinion).

I love popcorn too much and could really get into this with some real bacon but have to save my calories for some more nutritious stuff like bourbon and ribs.  BTW, Super Pig is pretty good on popcorn.

i'm thinking about some bourbon, bacon and super pig would be a good combo for a sauce.  thanks for the idea hub.   ;)
