I got a box today from Bavaria with beer (Weissbier) from two breweries. Both breweries have the same name, which is Unertl, but they are established in different places: the one in Haag and the other in Muhldorf.

From the Muhldorf Unertl I took three kinds of Weissbier ("Unertl Mühldorfer Weissbier", "Unertl Gourmet Weisse" and "Franz-Xaver Unertl Weisse hell") and from the Haag Unertl I chose only one sort "Unertl Weißbier".
The beer cools down in the refridgerator now and waits to be tested on saturday together with some friends and some qu'ed food. 8)
Of course I'll keep you updated with the beer test and the BBQ. :)

I would like to try the Beer!!! I haven't had Bavarian beer in a while. We use to have a store called Andersons that carried beer by the bottle from all over the world well over 50 kinds. I think I tried them all! ::) Don
