I made a cold smoker out of an Old steel belted Coleman cooler. I added a smoke daddy 8" by drilling a hole in the side of the box. Then I drilled an 1 1/2" hole in the top for a vent...then covered the hole with a slice of apple wood, because that was what I had that fit at the time. I jsut put 1 screw int o it so I could slide it around. Works Great.
Couldn't find any more, but I have pics of it being made.

Tee..I couldn't find it on the other site. But it was fun making it. Took about and hour. Its fun to use too. I havw smoked tons of stuff..now that the weatehr is cold here, below freezing..gonna get busy again and smoke some more. Muebe was so much help..Thanks Muebe. He is the reason I did so well. Pam some how I missed this thread? That's a cool smoker you have there.
I was told to use a cheap $100 frigde fromm Wally World and a smoke pistol but your idea makes more sence and saves more cents!!!! :D Sorry couldn't help myself
