Wow! That is impressive!

BAM, when you flip the pig, try giving the skin a good coating of Adobo. I do it all the time in mine. The skin goes just as quick as the meat!
Nice job on everything!

Bryan - THAT was a heck of a lot of food! The pig looked great...Big party?
-
Wow! Great looking equipment set up. Would love to play with that type of hog roaster.
Bravo!

OMG... Give me that pig in the box!!! Been thinking about buying that cooker for awhile. Looks fantastic!!!
-
Had about 40 people over. not much leftover. 3 racks of ribs we're vac sealed for a friend to take back to Saint Louis and both back hams were frozen for future endeavors. The brisket was devoured immediately and I never got one wing out of 8 pounds.
-
Dang! Really impressive amount of food.
-
I hope that you had help operating all those cookers. Man, that is a lot of work! Good job!

the ribs off the fat boy look real good. 8) it looks like it cooks very evenly, side to side, top to bottom.
-
Nice spread!

That's some serious cooking! What a show.
-
Man, you have some great equipment, and the food sounds to die for! Wish I was in your neighborhood!
-
That is some nice equipment to play with!!! What is your motto "Whatever you got I can smoke it"? How many people did you feed? Don
-
I am impressed!
-
Fed about 40 people Don. Three racks of ribs were vac sealed and a friend took back to St Louis.
-
Looks like you had one heck of a time Bryan.
