Sounds great but seeing is believing.

Oh ya. I want to see this meal. Don't forget the picture of the pie.
-
Sounds good, but like others need to see pictures, especially the asparagus. I am going to grill asparagus with strip steaks tonight on the SRG and I just opened up some smoked Havarti dill, so I'm going to try this tonight. ;D

Forgot to mention appetizer of super pig bacon :-)

That sure looks good, are you using the leg racks to hang it like that?

X2

Yep, but I will say the bottom of the basket supported the bird too. otherwise, I believe the legs would have come off toward the end of the cook.

Good point I may just stick with my vertical roaster rack then. Thanks Robert

Real good looking plate, enjoy ;D

Thanks for the tip on using leg racks to "hang" the boid upside down! Normally cook them breast down anyway, spatchcocking, THEN hanging that way makes my want to try it. Thanks, again.
-
Oh Yeah! Real nice meal! :P
-
A real tasty looking meal!
-
Looks like everything turned out great!
Nice job ;)
-
Nice cook!!
-
Approximately how long did it take cook the chicken. I know you cook to IT but it would help to know how long before the dinner hour you should start the cook.

I have tried that and the legs do fall out if you lift them.. .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
