Stuffed Pork Chops on the Fourth
« Reply #-1 on: July 04, 2014, 10:18:51 PM »
All the ingredients lined up. Missing were 2 more chops. Chops got oiled, stuffed with bleu cheese and chives, rubbed with good ol' Fine Swine & Bovine, draped with bacon, and finally coated in Super Pig. A pic of my "Fat Tire Bike" for Sparky!   Greek potatoes were started first  on the pellet grill while Grill Grates warmed up. Chops added. And after awhile we're almost done! Oh we are done! Plated with the taters and sauteed red chard. The money shot and finally my dearest's choco-chip cookies on the pellet grill! Thanks for looking!         Happy Independence Day Everyone!  8)
