CORRECTION...There are very few "Southern" Metro guys.....( Well...there is that section in Atlanta...and New Orleans.... ::) ??? :-X 8) ;D )

Not sure, but the thing he is holding looks like that toy with the wheel that goes around and around as you move it forward and backward.
